CanPrev lists 100 mg a capsule. Payarmin puts gymnema eighth in a 200 mg blend, so label order caps it at 25 mg per 1 mL. That cap is not a lab result.
Chromium
CanPrev lists 166 mcg. Payarmin lists 0.7 mcg, about 2% of the highest adult adequate intake of 35 mcg (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Grape seed extract is also on both labels. Payarmin lists it second in the blend, with no amount.
