What if I miss a Payarmin dose?
The label gives no missed-dose rule. The safe reading is to take your usual amount at the next normal time and not to double up.
That answer follows from the label's own line: do not exceed the recommended dose. One or two droppers a day is the limit, so a missed morning cannot be made up by taking more later.
