Payarmin Supplement Facts: The Label, Line by Line

Quick answer

The Payarmin supplement facts panel lists a 1 mL serving, 30 servings per bottle, chromium at 0.7 mcg (2% DV) and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients. It prints no amount for any single blend ingredient. The other ingredients include glycerin, stevia and xylitol.

The panel01

What does the Payarmin supplement facts panel say?

The Payarmin supplement facts panel is short. It gives a serving size, a servings count, one nutrient with an amount and one blend with only a total.

The serving is 1 mL, and a bottle holds 30 servings. Chromium is printed as 0.7 mcg, which the label rates at 2% of the Daily Value. Below it sits a proprietary blend of 200 mg that holds 22 ingredients, listed from the most to the least by weight.

That makes 23 lines: chromium plus 22 in the blend. The sales page names only six, so we follow the bottle (Payarmin sales page).

The panel has no line for calories, sugar or carbohydrate. Single blend amounts are not published.

How do you read the Payarmin label panel by panel?

Start at the front, move to the directions, then read the Supplement Facts on the right. Each number below marks one part of the flat label.

Tap a number for a short note on that part.

Tap a number to read that part of the label.

  1. Suggested use

Shake well before each use. 1 or 2 droppers full daily, in the mouth, then swallow. No time of day is printed, and the dropper volume is not printed.

  2. Storage

Keep away from heat, light and humidity. Summer cars and steamy bathrooms are out.

  3. Caution

Do not exceed the dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should ask a physician first.

  4. Keep out of reach

Also: do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing; store in a cool, dry place.

  5. Origin line

'Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients'. No country of manufacture for the drops is named beyond that.

  6. Distributor

Instituto Experience, Lakeland FL 33804, +1 (507) 448-8190. No manufacturer is named.

  7. Brand mark

Payarmin in burgundy serif letters with a red dot mark above it. A logo, not a scan.

  8. ADVANCED SUPPORT

A tagline. It names no body system and no condition.

  9. Front claims

'Helps Convert Nutrients Into Usable Energy*', 'Made With Natural Ingredients*', 'Balance Form System*', each with the FDA asterisk.

  10. Size

'30 ML | 1 FL OZ' and 'DIETARY SUPPLEMENT'.

  11. Serving size

1 ml per serving, 30 servings per container: a 30 mL bottle holds 30 servings of 1 mL.

  12. Chromium

0.7 mcg as chromium picolinate, 2% DV. A tiny amount.

  13. Proprietary blend

200 mg for all 22 ingredients together, listed from most to least by weight, maca root first, L-carnitine last. Single amounts are not shown.

  14. Other ingredients

Glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia, xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, natural flavors.

  15. FDA statement

The boxed asterisk statement: not evaluated by the FDA, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  16. Facility line

'Manufactured in an FDA registered facility'. Registration is not product approval, and no facility is named.

Serving size03

What is the serving size of Payarmin, and how many servings are in a bottle?

The serving size is 1 mL, and one 30 mL bottle holds 30 servings. At one serving a day, a bottle lasts 30 days.

The directions say to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily but not how much a dropper holds. If a dropper held 1 mL, two droppers a day would empty a bottle in about 15 days. That is our assumption, not a printed fact.

The panel amounts (0.7 mcg and 200 mg) apply to 1 mL only. Ask the seller how much a dropper holds.

Chromium04

How much chromium is in one serving of Payarmin?

One serving holds 0.7 mcg of chromium, printed as 2% of the Daily Value. It is the only ingredient with its own amount.

Adults are advised to take in about 20 to 35 mcg a day from all sources (NIH ODS, Chromium). A 2024 trial gave 1,000 mcg a day for 24 weeks and found no significant effect on blood sugar markers (NIH ODS, Chromium).

It is a trace amount, set against a research dose about 1,400 times larger. The chromium picolinate page covers the evidence.

The blend05

What is a proprietary blend on a supplement label?

A proprietary blend is a group of ingredients listed with one total weight. The law lets the label hide each part's amount while keeping the order by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36).

In Payarmin the total is 200 mg per 1 mL. Maca root extract is first and heaviest. L-carnitine base is last and lightest.

The place in the list sets a ceiling. The ingredient in place k can hold at most 200 divided by k mg, since every ingredient above it weighs at least as much. These are ceilings from label order, not lab results.

Examples: green tea in 7th place holds at most 29 mg, gymnema in 8th at most 25 mg, and L-carnitine in 22nd at most 9 mg.

If all 22 were equal, each would hold about 9 mg. Studied doses of green tea, gymnema and beta-alanine run from hundreds to thousands of milligrams (NIH LiverTox, Gymnema) (Xu 2020, Green tea and glucose) (ISSN, Beta-alanine position stand). The how it works page has a slider for every line.

Other ingredients06

Why do xylitol and stevia appear under other ingredients?

They are sweeteners. They make a bitter herbal liquid easier to swallow, and they sit outside the blend because they are not active ingredients.

The list reads: glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract 97% (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. Glycerin and water form the base, and two preservatives and citric acid keep it stable.

The panel prints no amount of xylitol. It is a sugar alcohol, so carbohydrate counters should ask the seller.

Xylitol and dogs

Xylitol can harm pets, and it is poisonous to dogs (ASPCA, Xylitol). Store the bottle where pets cannot reach it, and call a vet at once if a dog licks a spill.

Word for word07

Where can you read every word printed on the label?

The transcript below copies the whole label, including the spelling of "Typtophan", which is the label's own. Use it to check a bottle in your hand.

FAQ08

Payarmin supplement facts questions

What does the Payarmin Supplement Facts panel say?

It lists a 1 mL serving, 30 servings per container, chromium 0.7 mcg (2% DV) and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients. No single blend amount is printed, and there is no calorie or sugar line.

What is the serving size of Payarmin?

The serving size is 1 mL. The directions say to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily, but the label does not say how much a dropper holds. Ask the seller before assuming a dropper equals one serving.

How much chromium is in one serving of Payarmin?

One serving holds 0.7 mcg of chromium, as chromium picolinate. Adults are advised to get about 20 to 35 mcg a day from all sources, so the drops add a very small amount (NIH ODS, Chromium).

What percent Daily Value of chromium does Payarmin provide?

The label prints 2% of the Daily Value for the 0.7 mcg of chromium. The blend has no percentage, because its Daily Value is not established.

What is a proprietary blend on a supplement label?

It is a group of ingredients listed under one total weight. The law requires the total and the order by weight, not single amounts (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36). Here, 22 ingredients share 200 mg, about 9 mg each if split equally.

How many servings are in one bottle of Payarmin?

One 30 mL bottle holds 30 servings of 1 mL, so it lasts 30 days at one serving a day. At two droppers a day it may run out sooner, depending on dropper size.

Why do xylitol and stevia appear under other ingredients?

They sweeten the drops and are not active ingredients. Xylitol is a sugar alcohol and stevia extract is a plant sweetener. Xylitol can harm pets, dogs included, so keep the bottle away from them (ASPCA, Xylitol).

Does a Payarmin serving contain sugar or calories?

The panel prints no calorie, sugar or carbohydrate line, so we cannot give a number. The drops contain xylitol and stevia. Ask the seller if you count carbohydrates, and keep taking prescribed medicine.
