Payarmin Ingredients: All 23 Label Lines, Typed Out and Explained

Quick answer

Payarmin ingredients are chromium (as chromium picolinate, 0.7 mcg) and a 200 mg proprietary blend of 22 ingredients per 1 mL, so the label has 23 lines. The sales page names only six. The blend lists no single amounts, only the order, from maca root extract down to L-carnitine.

Written by the Payarmin label deskUpdated

The short answer01

What are the ingredients in Payarmin?

Payarmin ingredients are chromium, as chromium picolinate, and a proprietary blend of 22 more. The label counts both inside one 1 mL serving, which makes 23 lines.

Chromium is the only line with a printed amount: 0.7 mcg, or 2% of the Daily Value (NIH ODS, Chromium). The blend is printed as a single 200 mg total. The 22 names under it run from maca root extract to L-carnitine base.

The drops also hold glycerin, water, organic lemon extract, stevia extract (Reb A), xylitol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid and natural flavors. These are the "other ingredients", and they carry no amounts either.

The full list02

What are the 22 ingredients in the Payarmin blend?

In label order, the 22 are maca, grape seed, guarana, African mango, eleuthero, astragalus, green tea, gymnema, coleus forskohlii, capsicum, grapefruit, Panax ginseng, raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, a licorice compound, GABA, L-ornithine, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine.

The law asks a blend to list its parts from most to least by weight (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36). Maca weighs the most. L-carnitine weighs the least. The bottle prints tryptophan as "Typtophan".

Label vs sales page03

Why does the sales page name only six ingredients?

We cannot say why. The sales page names six: chromium picolinate, gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca and Panax ginseng (Payarmin sales page). The label names 23 lines.

The other seventeen are easy to miss, and some matter for safety. Guarana carries caffeine (MSKCC, Guarana). The licorice compound can affect blood pressure in large or long-term amounts (NCCIH, Licorice root). Grapefruit changes how many drugs act (FDA, Grapefruit and drugs).

Go deeper04

Which Payarmin ingredients have their own page?

Six do: chromium picolinate, gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca and Panax ginseng. Each page lists the label place, the studied dose and the sources.

Amino acids and evidence05

Which Payarmin ingredients are amino acids, and which has the most research?

Eight lines are amino acids or close relatives: L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, GABA, L-ornithine, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine.

Chromium has the largest body of research, yet the NIH calls the blood sugar evidence mixed (NIH ODS, Chromium). Green tea has 27 trials, with a small drop in fasting glucose and no change in HbA1c (Xu 2020, Green tea and glucose). Most other lines have little or none on blood sugar, and the FTC has acted on raspberry ketone weight-loss claims (FTC, HealthyLife Sciences).

L-carnitine trials used 250 to 4,000 mg a day (NIH ODS, Carnitine). Beta-alanine studies used 4,000 to 6,000 mg (ISSN, Beta-alanine position stand). The label order caps them at 9 mg and 12 mg per mL.

Hidden doses06

Why are the doses inside the 200 mg blend not listed?

Because the rules allow it. A proprietary blend may show its total weight and its order, and keep each part private (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36).

That leaves a ceiling for each line: 200 divided by its place. Green tea, seventh, holds at most 29 mg per mL. If all 22 were equal, each would hold about 9 mg. These are ceilings from label order, not lab results.

Each slice is one line of the 200 mg blend, in label order starting at the top. The label prints no single amount, so the most any line can hold is 200 mg divided by its place. (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36)

Allergens and sweeteners07

Does Payarmin contain gluten, soy, dairy or artificial sweeteners?

The ingredient list names no gluten, soy or dairy source. It does name two sweeteners: stevia extract and xylitol.

Stevia (Reb A) is a plant extract. Xylitol is a sugar alcohol, and it is poisonous to pets (ASPCA, Xylitol). "Natural flavors" is a catch-all. The dairy-free badge is a brand claim, not a certificate.

Before you order08

Which ingredients should you ask a pharmacist about?

Ask about guarana and green tea if you are sensitive to caffeine, the licorice compound if you have high blood pressure, and grapefruit if you take a medicine it affects.

Chromium, gymnema, ginseng and green tea may each nudge blood sugar, so tell your pharmacist if you use insulin or another diabetes medicine. Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed. The label says people with a known medical condition should ask a physician first.

FAQ09

Payarmin ingredient questions

How many ingredients are in Payarmin?

Payarmin has 23 label lines: chromium picolinate plus a 22-ingredient proprietary blend. Nine more items sit in the other-ingredients list, such as glycerin and xylitol. The sales page names only six of the 23, so read the bottle label for the full count.

Which Payarmin ingredient is listed first?

Maca root extract is first in the blend, which means it weighs the most. Under the labeling rule, that places its ceiling at 200 mg per mL, although the true amount is not printed and is likely far lower once the other 21 lines are counted.

Are the Payarmin blend doses printed anywhere?

No. The label gives a 200 mg total for all 22 blend ingredients and lists them in order of weight. Single amounts are not shown on the label or the sales page. Only chromium has a printed amount, 0.7 mcg.

Does Payarmin contain caffeine?

Payarmin includes two caffeine sources, guarana seed extract and green tea leaf extract, but the label prints no caffeine amount. The total is unknown. People who react to caffeine, or who have heart rhythm problems, should ask a clinician before trying it.

Is Payarmin vegan or free of animal products?

The label lists no animal-derived ingredient, but it does not say the product is vegan, and "natural flavors" are not defined. The brand shows a dairy-free badge. Ask the order desk if you need a firm answer for dietary reasons.

Why is L-tryptophan spelled wrong on the label?

The bottle prints "Typtophan", which looks like a typo for tryptophan. We read it as L-tryptophan, the amino acid. The typo is not a safety issue, but it shows the label was not closely proofread, so double-check other details yourself.

Which Payarmin ingredient has the most research behind it?

Chromium has the largest body of research, but the NIH describes the blood sugar findings as mixed, and the amount in the drops is only 0.7 mcg. Green tea has 27 trials with a small fasting glucose change. No trial has tested Payarmin itself.
