Payarmin Disclaimer: FDA, Medical and Affiliate Notice

Quick answer

The Payarmin disclaimer says three things. The drops are a dietary supplement, and the FDA has not evaluated the label claims. The site gives no medical advice, and no supplement replaces prescribed medicine. And this site is a Payarmin U.S. shop that earns money when readers use its order links.

FDA statement01

What does the Payarmin disclaimer say?

The Payarmin disclaimer is the boxed FDA statement on the bottle, plus two notices from this site: one on medical advice and one on money.

The boxed statement reads: *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It sits on the label next to the Supplement Facts panel. Federal rules require it whenever a supplement makes a structure/function claim (FDA, Structure/function claims).

In short, the FDA has not checked whether the claims are true. It also does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Dietary supplements Q and A). The company that sells the product is responsible for its safety and for keeping its claims truthful.

This site adds its own notice. Payarmin is a dietary supplement in liquid drops, not a medicine. Everything we write is general information drawn from the label, the sales page and public health sources. It does not diagnose or treat anything.

The asterisk02

Why do the front-label claims carry an asterisk?

The asterisk points to the FDA statement. It tells you each front-label claim is a structure/function claim that the FDA has not reviewed.

A structure/function claim describes how an ingredient affects the normal structure or function of the body. The maker must keep proof that the claim is truthful, and must tell the FDA about it within 30 days of selling. That notice is not an approval (FDA, Structure/function claims).

The Payarmin bottle makes three such claims: "Helps Convert Nutrients Into Usable Energy*", "Made With Natural Ingredients*" and "Balance Form System*". We quote them exactly and mark them as claims. No trial has tested the finished drops, so we do not repeat them as facts.

The flat label. The asterisk on each front claim leads to the boxed FDA statement.

The same rule explains why the sales page cannot legally say the drops treat diabetes. It does use strong blood sugar wording and calls some ingredients "clinically proven" with no sources (Payarmin sales page). We quote that wording to show it. We do not endorse it. The FTC has acted against diabetes claims of this kind on other products (FTC, Diabetes treatment claims).

Medical notice03

Is the information on this site medical advice?

No. This site gives general information. It does not give medical advice, and no one here has examined you or seen your records.

Our pages are written by the Payarmin label desk. A medical reviewer is not named yet, so no page claims doctor review. Only your own doctor or pharmacist knows your medicines, your lab results and your history.

Ask a clinician before you take Payarmin if you take insulin or another diabetes medicine, a blood thinner, a blood pressure or heart medicine, an antidepressant, levothyroxine or a drug that grapefruit affects. The label says the same for anyone who is pregnant, nursing, under 18 or living with a known medical condition Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18 and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.

Keep taking prescribed medicine

Never stop or change a medicine because of a supplement or because of anything on this site. A blood sugar reading under 70 mg/dL needs prompt care (NIDDK, Low blood glucose). If someone is faint or confused, call 911. New thirst, fast weight change or high readings call for a clinician.

Details on interactions are on the side effects page and in the guide to supplements and diabetes medicines.

Who runs this site04

Who runs this site, and does it earn money from Payarmin?

Gopayarmin, a Payarmin U.S. shop, runs this site. It earns money when a reader clicks an order button and buys on the sales page.

We are not the manufacturer, and we are not the distributor named on the label. The label names Instituto Experience of Lakeland, Florida, as distributor. It names no manufacturer. Our order buttons lead to /order/ and then to the sales page at payarmin.com.

That money link is a bias, and you should know it. We try to offset it. The site shows the weak spots of the product next to the strong ones: the hidden blend amounts, the 0.7 mcg of chromium and the missing lab report. Our editorial standards explain how we weigh sources.

  • What we are: an information site run by a Payarmin U.S. shop, with order links.
  • What we are not: the maker, the label distributor, a clinic or a lab.
  • The website inbox answers questions about pages. It cannot see orders.

Accuracy05

Can the facts on this site be out of date?

Yes. Prices, offers and the sales page can change without notice, and a bottle you receive may differ from the one we read.

Product facts follow the flat label. Prices follow the sales page as we read it on October 19, 2026 (Payarmin sales page). A 2-bottle pack was $79 a bottle, a 3-bottle pack $69 and a 6-bottle pack $49. Check the checkout before you pay, because the checkout is the only price that binds the seller.

Health facts come from public sources such as NIH, the FDA and the FTC, and each is linked. Health research moves. A fact that holds today may be revised. We update pages when we find an error, and the date at the top shows the last change.

  • The label is the source for ingredients, order and directions.
  • The lot number P-26/GO-5465 and the sheet code P-5465-26-GO are seller references. They are not lab proof.
  • No review, rating or testimonial on this site is verified, and none is shown as a customer quote.
  • Links to other sites are for reference. We do not control them.

Your results06

Are results the same for everyone?

No. Results differ from person to person, and for Payarmin no trial exists to say what any result would be.

The research we cite is on single ingredients, often at doses far above what a 200 mg blend of 22 lines can hold. A 2024 trial gave 1,000 mcg of chromium a day for 24 weeks and found no significant effect (NIH ODS, Chromium). The label gives 0.7 mcg. Even a good result in a study does not carry over to the drops.

The FTC says one person's story is never enough to back a health claim (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance). That is why this site prints no star score and no testimonial. The vendor's photos sit in empty review slots, marked as supplied by the vendor.

What the guarantee does and does not mean

The sales page offers a "60-day Results or Refund Guarantee". It is a money policy, not a promise of any health result. Terms are on the guarantee page.

FAQ08

Payarmin disclaimer questions

Has the FDA evaluated Payarmin's claims?

No. The label says so itself: the FDA has not evaluated the statements on the bottle. The FDA also does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, so Payarmin is not FDA approved, and neither is any other supplement. The maker must keep its own proof that claims are truthful.

Is Payarmin intended to treat a disease?

No. The boxed label statement says the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Payarmin is a dietary supplement in liquid drops. It does not replace insulin or any prescribed medicine, and no trial shows it lowers blood sugar.

Is the information on this site medical advice?

No. Everything we publish is general information from the label, the sales page and public health sources. It cannot account for your medicines or health history. Ask your own doctor or pharmacist before you start any supplement, and keep taking your prescribed medicine.

Why do supplement labels carry an asterisk?

The asterisk links a claim to the FDA statement. Federal rules require that statement beside any structure/function claim. It warns that the FDA has not reviewed the claim and that the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Are results the same for everyone?

No. People differ in diet, activity, medicines and health, and no trial has tested Payarmin. Studies of single ingredients often use doses far above what the 200 mg blend allows. Treat any promised result with caution, including those on sales pages.

Is this site affiliated with the Payarmin seller?

Yes, in a commercial sense. Gopayarmin is a Payarmin U.S. shop and earns money when readers order through its links. It is not the manufacturer or the label distributor, and its inbox cannot see or change orders.
