Payarmin Refund Policy: Steps, Return Address and Timing
The Payarmin refund policy is the sales page's "60-day Results or Refund Guarantee". If you are not satisfied within the first 60 days, you can ask for a refund and return the bottles, full or empty. You contact the order desk, mail the bottles with tracking, and pay the return shipping yourself.

What is the Payarmin refund policy?
The Payarmin refund policy is a 60-day guarantee. The sales page calls it the "60-day Results or Refund Guarantee" (Payarmin sales page).
If you are not satisfied within the first 60 days, you can ask for a refund and return the bottles. Full or empty bottles are accepted. The sales page also says the purchase is a one-time payment with no auto-ship.
This site is not the seller of record and cannot issue refunds. Gopayarmin is a Payarmin U.S. shop that links to the sales page. Refunds run through the order desk, not through our website inbox.

How do I ask for a Payarmin refund?
Contact the order desk with your order ID, then mail the bottles back with tracking. Do both within the 60 days.
Start early. The sales page says "first 60 days" but does not say whether the count starts at the order date or at delivery. Ask the order desk, and keep the answer in writing.

It is in your order confirmation email. Keep that email.
Contact the order desk
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected], and give the order ID.
Pack the bottles
Full or empty bottles are both accepted.
Mail them with tracking
Send them to the returns address below, and keep the receipt.
Watch for the credit
The refund timing starts after the return is credited.
The label prints +1 (507) 448-8190 for the distributor. The order desk number is +1 (302) 200-3480. Confirm which one your checkout lists.

Where do I send a Payarmin return, and what goes in the package?
Mail returns to 580 Broadway, Suite 1101, New York, NY 10012, USA. Put your full name, email and order ID inside.
It differs from the Lakeland, Florida address the label prints for the distributor, so do not send bottles there. Use a tracked service. Without tracking you cannot show that the bottles arrived.

Confirm the address with the order desk before you ship. Addresses can change, and we cannot see your order.

How long does a Payarmin refund take?
Expect 3 to 5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5 to 10 days for your card issuer to post it.
So the total can run past two weeks from the day you mail the package. Shipping time to the returns address comes first.

Is original shipping refunded, and who pays to return?
The buyer pays return shipping. The sources we read do not say whether original shipping is refunded.
The 2-bottle pack at $79 a bottle adds a shipping fee at checkout. The 3-bottle ($69 each) and 6-bottle ($49 each) packs ship free in the US. If you paid a shipping fee on a 2-bottle order, ask the order desk whether it comes back, and get the answer in writing.
A tracked return costs money, and that cost is yours. Add it up before you decide.

Can I get a refund without sending the bottles back?
The policy as written asks you to return the bottles. We found no promise of a refund without a return.
If something went wrong with delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, call the order desk and explain. The outcome is theirs to decide. We cannot promise one.
Ask the order desk to confirm that the refund goes back to your original card. If the credit is late, contact the order desk first, with your tracking number and order ID. If that fails, your card issuer can tell you whether a credit is pending.

Can I return a bottle bought from a third-party seller?
Probably not under this guarantee. The guarantee comes from the sales page, so it covers orders placed there.
