How Many Payarmin a Day: One Dropper or Two?
The Payarmin label says to take 1 or 2 droppers full daily. The Supplement Facts serving is 1 mL, but the label does not say how much a dropper holds. The label also says not to exceed the recommended dose, so two droppers a day is the ceiling, not a target.

How many droppers of Payarmin a day does the label allow?
The label allows 1 or 2 droppers full a day, placed in the mouth and swallowed.
It adds: “Do not exceed recommended dose.” It does not say when to take the drops or how to choose between one and two. The sales page recommends the morning, before a meal (Payarmin sales page), but the label names no time.

Is one dropper the same as the 1 mL serving?
We cannot say, because the label prints a 1 mL serving but not the size of a dropper.
If a dropper holds 1 mL, then 1 dropper is one serving and 2 droppers is two. The Supplement Facts amounts, 0.7 mcg chromium and 200 mg of blend, are per 1 mL. Two servings would double those figures.

Does taking more Payarmin work faster?
No source we found shows that a bigger dose works faster, and the label sets a limit.
Chromium has no tolerable upper intake level, but a 2024 trial of 1,000 mcg a day for 24 weeks found no significant effect (NIH ODS, Chromium). The caffeine sources guarana and green tea are a second reason to stay at the label dose. About 400 mg of caffeine a day is the figure FDA gives for most adults (FDA, How much caffeine), and the label does not print the caffeine in Payarmin.

Who should ask before choosing a dose?
Anyone pregnant, nursing, under 18 or living with a medical condition should ask a physician before any dose, as the label says.
The label gives no rule for choosing between one and two. How do I measure one dropper exactly?
Squeeze the bulb to fill the dropper, then empty it into a small marked cup or oral syringe and read the mL. Do it once and write it down. It shows how much you actually take.
