You get 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients in each 1 mL serving.
Adults have an adequate intake of 20 to 35 mcg of chromium a day (NIH ODS, Chromium). A 2024 trial gave 1,000 mcg a day for 24 weeks and found no significant effect on insulin sensitivity, fasting glucose or HbA1c (NIH ODS, Chromium).
Label law lets the blend hide single amounts but requires descending order (eCFR, 21 CFR 101.36). Spread evenly, each line would hold about 9 mg.
