The Payarmin 22 Ingredients, Named and Grouped

Quick answer

The Payarmin blend names 22 ingredients: 13 herbs and extracts, 7 amino acids and related compounds, GABA and a licorice compound. They are printed from heaviest to lightest. The sales page names only five of them, so 17 appear nowhere but the label.

The list01

What are the Payarmin 22 ingredients?

The Payarmin 22 ingredients are the blend lines printed under the 200 mg total, in descending order of weight.

Chromium (0.7 mcg, as picolinate) sits on its own line, so the formula has 23 lines. Every name is on the label. Only each amount is hidden.

The sales page names six lines: chromium plus gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca and Panax ginseng. That leaves 17 blend ingredients it never mentions. Our ingredients page covers the six with their own guides.

By type02

Which ingredients are herbs, and which are amino acids?

Thirteen are plant extracts, seven are amino acids or close relatives, and two stand apart.

Sources03

What do public sources say about the unnamed ones?

Sources on the unnamed ingredients are thin, and several say outright that human evidence is limited.

  • Guarana has caffeine and caffeine-like chemicals, and the source gives no amount (MSKCC, Guarana).
  • Eleuthero: studies in humans are quite limited (MSKCC, Siberian ginseng).
  • Forskolin (coleus): clinical studies of safety and effectiveness are lacking (MSKCC, Forskolin).
  • Arginine: a meta-analysis found no benefit on diabetes markers except perhaps in a select group (MSKCC, Arginine).
  • Glutamine: the source does not address blood sugar (MSKCC, Glutamine).
  • GABA: whether swallowed GABA reaches the brain is unresolved (Boonstra 2015, GABA review).
  • Licorice compound: the source names serious effects, such as irregular heartbeat, from licorice glycyrrhizin in large or long-term amounts (NCCIH, Licorice root); it does not name this exact compound.

For grape seed, astragalus, capsicum, tyrosine, ornithine, tryptophan and raspberry ketones, we did not find a source in our evidence list. A 2014 FTC case involved raspberry ketone products, but it did not test the ingredient (FTC, HealthyLife Sciences).

Care04

Who should check the list before using it?

Anyone on medicine, pregnant or nursing, under 18, or sensitive to caffeine should check the list with a clinician first.

Grapefruit changes how the body handles many drugs (FDA, Grapefruit and drugs), and guarana and green tea add caffeine. Amino acid supplements have no established safe upper level beyond food (IOM/NAP, Supplemental amino acids). Keep taking prescribed medicine, and show this list to your pharmacist.

FAQ05

Payarmin 22 ingredients questions

Are there unlisted ingredients in Payarmin?

The label lists all 22 blend ingredients and the other ingredients, so none are unlisted. What we cannot see is each amount. If a source claims extra ingredients, ask where it read them, because the label is the reference.

Which Payarmin ingredients are amino acids?

L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, L-ornithine, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine. GABA is a related compound. The label prints tryptophan as Typtophan, which we read as a spelling slip.

Why does the sales page name only six ingredients?

The page does not say. It names chromium picolinate, gymnema, African mango, green tea, maca and Panax ginseng. The label lists 23 lines, so use the label when you check for allergies or interactions.

Is the order of the 22 ingredients meaningful?

Yes. The label lists blend ingredients from most to least by weight. Maca root extract is first and L-carnitine last, but no single amount is printed.
